For 4-H’ers in the 3rd grade through 12th grade. MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian. 4-H’ers, volunteers and parent/guardians MUST be registered as active in 4-H. If you are not, start as soon as possible. For the Volunteer Registration, it can take up to two weeks to complete the training videos, file the proper paperwork, and be approved and considered ACTIVE. You have to be active to register.
