2026 Rules

PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR 4-H STUDENTS HAVE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS ON ENTRY FORMS AND FILL OUT A W9 Form: Form W-9

IMPORTANT DATES:

Registration Dates (ALWAYS check with MCJLA as dates are subject to change):
  • Tag-In Dates have already passed
  • Market Rabbits will be tattooed February 21, 2026
  • Baked Goods Show Registration is February 1st through 16th, ONLINE only
  • Livestock Show Registration is February 1st through 21st, ONLINE only
  • Ag Mech Show Registration is February 1st through 16th, ONLINE only

 

Show Dates (ALWAYS check with MCJLA as dates are subject to change):
  • Baked Goods Show – March 21, 2026
  • Livestock Show – March 25, 2026 through March 28, 2026
  • Ag Mech Show – March 26, 2026
  • Youth Auction Sale (Livestock, Ag Mech, Baked Goods) – March 28, 2026

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU GET THE FORM COMPLETED CORRECTLY!

MOST IMPORTANT: Submit to Extension Office NOT TO SCHOOL!! – Eligibility Forms can be emailed or dropped off at the office.

Get ahead of the TIME CRUNCH, submit your forms as soon as you know your 4-H Student will be showing.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION is Wednesday February 27, 2026!
